How does the process work?

We do try and keep the process as simple as we can.

  • Fill out the contact form either on a site page or our Contract Us page; or email
  • In the email or the form please let us have an outline of the works required, along with as much detail as you can (such as any drawings, sketches, or pictures available – anything you can send will help).
  • We will go through your enquiry, and come back with any queries or questions that we may have.
  • The desktop acoustic survey will then take place, which will inform us about the required amount of acoustic material required to help improve the acoustics.
  • We will then provide you with an estimate for the works.
  • If you would then like to proceed we will arrange to attend site, to talk through the project and to ensure all the details are correct.
  • We would then require a written order, and will then get the works booked in and completed.
